Augmented Journey Map (AJM) - Product Marketing Campaign

BACKGROUND
AJM was a new feature of customer journey map in a CX analytics tool. For its release, the marketing department was requested to launche a campaign on social media accompanied with a page on the company's website

CHALLENGE
The marketing team came up with an idea for a 3D video inspired by metro lines and the challenge was accepted.

ROLE
Designer of all assets for social media, including a promotional video and design a webpage according to the content provided by the product marketing team.

DELIVERABLES
Social media assets, promotional video, OnePager and a web page.
